Grace started with Cariloop in January 2021. She received her Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from Baylor University. She started her career on a medicine/telemetry floor in a downtown hospital before transitioning to the pre-bone marrow transplant social worker role there. Her hospital social work experience taught her the importance of effective communication, organization, and reliability.

She enjoys exploring her new home of Austin, TX with her fiancé, hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
