Gail joined Cariloop as a Care Coach in January 2021. Gail graduated from Baylor University with a BS in Social Work. She went on to obtain her MS in Educational Counseling from Texas A&M University-Commerce.

She brings 20+ years of experience working in a variety of health care and counseling settings, home health social work, teaching, educational counseling, health and fitness for seniors, and most recently a Director at an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. During her time in this position, she had the honor of becoming the caregiver for her grandfather in Memory care. Gail is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.

Gail lives in the Dallas area with her husband. They have five children and two cats. She enjoys traveling, spending time at the lake, watching basketball, watching her youngest play club volleyball but most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
