Holiday is a time of gathering with friends and hanging around our loved ones. Although the holidays are a time of joy, they can also be a cause of strain, as exercise schedules might be interrupted for shopping expeditions and affluent holiday feasts make it complex to stick to a particular diet. Staying healthy can be a test during this time of year, mainly for seniors.
